Micro-structural analysis |
| A strong tool to determine and to improve the performance of materials is to look at the microstructure before and after use with a light microscope. In combination with X-ray diffraction, micro analysis (SEM EDS) and physical tests (when needed), light microscopy enables to clarify attack mechanisms and generate possibilities for improvement.
